Who processes your data
Switi Tours, based in Paramaribo, Suriname (registration number [PLACEHOLDER, registration number]), is the controller for your data. You can reach us at hallo@switi-tours.com.
What data, and why
If you use the enquiry form we process your name, email address, chosen tour, preferred date, group size and message. We use these solely to answer your enquiry and arrange the tour.
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email we process whatever you send us there.
The legal basis is performance of a contract or, for a general question, our legitimate interest in answering it.
Who else sees it
The form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our mailbox. The site is hosted by a static hosting provider. Beyond that we share your data with nobody, and we do not sell it.
Because we are based in Suriname, your data is processed outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for at most twelve months. Data from completed bookings is kept as long as our administration requires.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and therefore shows no cookie banner. For visitor statistics we use Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores no personal data and does not track visitors across websites.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object. Email hallo@switi-tours.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you believe we handle your data improperly you can complain to the supervisory authority in your own country.
